    My business partner in West Palm is really killing it right now! They are fetching top dollar... Orlandos market isn't that bad either, but has a lot more competition.

      Nice work! Looks like a decent size house but relatively easy flip.. a lot of paint and cosmetics and general maintenance/upkeep that previous owner neglected?

      Where is this property located? I’d be interested in hearing about how you find your deals too. I’m in the same business myself... you should see the shibaghole I’m flipping right now. Two houses next door to each other built in 1890! About 1 month away from completion. Interested in seeing a before & after post?
