I love bringing my Steem family with me around to job sites. I get the opportunity to show you the before and after of some of the units I renovate....This weekend I have been painting this garage.

5 coats of an oil based elastomeric paint for this garage because it is right on the salt water....The load bearing beam in the garage was already covered in rust and need to be hit with a rust blocker before hand.
