RENT MADE EASY- RENTBERRY

Over a few weeks ago i had it in mind to change my apartment, well, because the place i was before had been rented by an organisation which could no longer afford the rent. By then, in a matter of days i will be evicted, i needed another apartment, one that:

• Will not be far away from my workplace and church
• the rent is not more than 3000 naira
• the size must not be too big as i am not yet a family man.

With the kind of personality i have, i am an introvert and i love to stay indoors. So you can imagine how it feels like in a country where you literally have to go on searching for vacant apartment. I had to call on a friend who lives around the area of interest to search for one for me. Luckily he got one that was close to the criteria i had listed above, so we had to go and check. Our major challenge was that it was through an agent who ofcourse will charge some amount, the agent denied us the direct contact with the landlord (maybe because of his own charges), he is not always available and my time is almost up in the apartment i had been staying. I got so angry at the whole process and had decided to let it go to find another which was not even close to what i would prefer. Fortunately we were able to contact the landlord on our own and the matters was settled in no time.

This is one possible challenge that wraps around rentage of apartment for long term use(six months and more). In a case where battles of bidding had to be done between prospective tenants things are pretty tougher. Not to mention the long tiring processes of signing documents and verification of all sorts. This and many more, though prices may different, are the same challenges that people or companies face in almost all countries of the world. This requires an attention.
Though there are websites that lists vacant properties for long term rents but adequate informations are not given as to the processes involved in rentage.

These problems could not be best solved by any other project other than RENTBERRY
