没想到这就是中国四大名菜

不同的国家由于人口的多少,地理位置的不同以及民族的构成方式都会导致饮食的文化也有所不同。在中国由于地大物博,其菜系的种类也是十分的繁多,八大菜系的名声也是享誉中外。今天小编给大家介绍的是被誉为中国四大名菜的西施舌、贵妃鸡、貂蝉豆腐、昭君鸭。

1、西施舌:西施舌其实是漳港海蚌一种别称,传说在春秋时期,越王勾践借助美女西施之力,行使美人计灭了吴国,大局既定,越王正想接西施回国,越王的王后怕西施回国会受宠,威胁到自己的地位。便叫人绑一巨石于西施背上,沉她于江底。西施死后化为这贝壳类“沙蛤”,期待有人找到她,她便吐出丁香小舌,尽诉冤情。

2、贵妃鸡:贵妃鸡也被称为是京葱贵妃鸡,烩飞鸡等,源于20世纪20年代末上海陶乐春川菜馆,由厨师借京剧《贵妃醉酒》而创制。也有传说称是唐明皇在娶到杨玉环之后因为其一句“我要飞上天”!而命令御厨赶紧献上此菜,御厨听后便急中生智的创作了这道贵妃鸡。

3、貂蝉豆腐:貂蝉豆腐又名泥鳅钻豆腐,是一道民间传统风味名菜。传说在东汉末年时期,民众以泥鳅比喻奸猾的董卓。泥鳅在热汤中急得无处藏身,钻入冷豆腐中,结果还是逃脱不了被烹煮的命运。恰如王允献貂蝉,使出美人计一般。但这只是民间传说,出处还无从考证。

4、昭君鸭:昭君鸭是一种用粉条、面筋与肥鸭烹调成而成的菜。传说出生在楚地的王昭君出塞后不习惯面食,于是厨师就将粉条和油面筋泡合在一起,用鸭汤煮,甚合昭君之意。后来人们便用粉条、面筋与肥鸭烹调成菜称之为“昭君鸭”,一直流传至今。
