No they don't and if any FOMO buyers will buy a little because they are nearly broke , so their buy power is low, so who is buying ? The group , who will support the order book the group! (99% fake buy walls) Who is going to bag hold or sell on a loss ? You !

This is one of the downsides of no regulatory oversight, dirtbags who do this and ruin people's lives can't be prosecuted by the law.

There is also the added benefit of the pump being pre-bought and the sells a t the top will be from the organizer. It's a way for bad guys to get rid of their bad investments.
