Flap-Neck Chameleon

These remarkable lizards are fairly common in the Savanna lands of Southern Africa.
They are rather helpless and some do bite if you pick them up but the bite is very weak.
They catch their prey by shooting out their long tongue and seizing it.
They tame quickly in captivity and can take food from your hand.
This Chameleon was seen crossing the road in Mabalingwe Nature Reserve in South Africa.

i must say very cute photo:)

At the first moment I was confused whether to look at the lizard or whether to look you. Both are cute. Obviously, those lizards struggle hard to live.
