As @steemcleaners said Copying/Pasting articles without permission is copyright infringement. If you want to share a news story, simply link to the source, and include your original commentary, and possibly small quotes from source. Pure copy paste is discouraged by the community.

Nothing wrong with sharing, its just nice to let people know you copied and pasted the whole thing instead of having people think it was original content

      If you noticed I didn't flag you, you can post your own content all you like I was just pointing out that the article was copy/pasted, how am I supposed to know you are Matt from trudollar?

        well I'm well aware of copyright infringement, I don't think it's polite to just go around assuming people are copy pasting articles. Perhaps the more respectful thing to do would be to inquire "I noticed this article was posted here as well, did you create this content?"

          Sorry for overreacting. this is silly. Steem is overrated anyway... Tone Vays reveals a lot about what's going on with how the creators can get perpetual Steem...

            I can understand being frustrated. I wouldn't flag someone without making sure first. I just posted to let you know that is was copy/pasted, its your own work so no harm no foul. If it was the other way around and someone stole your article and posted it here trying to make a buck off it, wouldn't you want someone to mention to anyone voting that it might not be legit?
