How do you resize images ?

How can I resize this image code in a steemit post ?

I can only find OLD information online.

The only info I found online was this:

https://img1.steemit.com/0x0
(Alter the 0x0 number to your desired size).

But there is no number in the current image layout to change.
So how do you alter it ?
