People do not care about what you care about until they know how much you care about them. "To care means to be concerned about the well-being of a place, thing or a person". It is important as Leaders that we use things to care for people rather than use people to care for things.
It is impossible to lead people that you do not care for, because "caring is an ACT of LOVE coming from the HEART of LOVE."
In the same vein, "RESPECT is act of bestowing honour or another". "Respect is a seed that brings forth the harvest of HONOUR."
What I found most amazing about respect is that TRUE RESPECT is no respecter of AGE, STATUS or GENDER.

In a sense, true respect bestows honour on young and old; rich or poor; male or female. True respect acknowledges the God in everyone regardless of what they are going through or what they currently have on their journey to greatness.
A respectful person is full of respect for others; an HONOURABLE PERSON is able to honor others regardless of who they are.
