Sometimes do you feel like something is wrong with your life? I'm not talking about the number of cars, flats, homes, and other things like that (though that is also included).
In this case, I'm talking more about the general way of thinking, acting, and viewing the world around you.
I thought I had gotten lost on a long road and turned in the wrong way by accident. While I wasn't trying to be there, I found myself somewhere that has nothing to do with you or anything "dear to my heart."
This kind of situation could mean that someone is physically or spiritually tired. a crisis that intensifies more as important occasions or a certain age get near.
Grief and powerlessness may happen to you from time to time, and they will happen to you more often over time. A few people get depressed. When someone has a big realisation like this, they often act quickly to make big changes in their life.
Then someone starts to look into what's causing their illness, goes to therapy, or tries to figure it out on their own by reading, watching videos, or reading articles.
This condition has a lot of different reasons. One of them could be a strong attachment to a significant other. This is often linked to being self-centered, not knowing what you need, and having trouble forming your own views. This comes up a lot when people talk about codependency.
Codependent people have a hard time making choices and getting used to big changes, which can be very upsetting. Most of the time, rescuers are already too tired to save themselves because they are so busy saving others.
People in this group are often very sensitive to other people because of traumatic events that happened to them as children. People are used to saving money, looking out for others, and being good to someone.
A codependent person usually has a close relationship with someone they love; they act and feel the same way, and they value his opinion more.
When you're close to someone, it's easy to confuse your wants with their needs and your views and attitudes with theirs. Because of this misunderstanding, a person will often spend money on things he doesn't really need or enjoy.
When someone's needs aren't met for a long time, it can make them consistently sad and put them in a crisis.
