If you are 75+ you should get the RSV vaccine. If you are 60+ and at risk of severe RSV talk to your doctor about the vaccine. If you got the vaccine last year, you are all set, you don't need another dose.
We also have RSV vaccines for infants and pregnant women.
ACIP hasn't expanded RSV vaccine guidance for younger adults yet. They want more data for this age group. You could get it off label, but insurance might not cover it.
