There are several ways to overcome the habit of snoring while sleeping :
- Change Sleep Position
*Sleep sideways - Use Anti-snoring Tool
- Clean the Nostrils and Keep Air Humidity
- Don't Take Alcohol, Sleeping Pills, or Sedatives
- Pay attention to the food consumed
- Quit smoking
Snoring is also a sign of a blockage (obstruction) in some of the upper respiratory tract originating from the effort of air to pass through the narrowed channel earlier. That way, if there are friends, relatives or partners who snore while sleeping, don't let them but have to be woken up.
