I see too many people saying they now deserve to rest, and they might not think too much about it... But the thing is that rest is a duty, if we don't, we get very ineffective and can end up not being able to work or find creativity and happiness in things.

True! A good night sleep and I am 3x as effective in things I get done. On the other hand I get wild crazy ideas when I'm sleepy which is good if you are an artist like me!
