I don't really have any ideas on what to post or what to critique so I though I might as well share some experiences i'v had.
Around January of 2018 my uncle who came back from Canada decided to treat us to a buffet, of course being a food loving guy I enjoyed the whole thing.
The restaurant was clean and classy, they played great music, it was either jazz or bosa nova. After attending to all other family members needs (I usually get asked to get stuff for them like drinks, tissues etc. before I could eat) I decided to get my second serving, on my way to the buffet table there were only a few people picking out food, I thought to myself that this would be great! The food just got refilled so I could get a nice fresh pick and that I could pick the best parts, how wrong I was, I was going to pick a few tempura for myself, I already had tongs in my hand ready to pick, then out of nowhere, some guy reached out and started picking out the tempura, if it were a basketball game, it was as if he boxed me out, I couldn't get anywhere near the shrimp, he used his whole body to block anyone else from getting any, after he finished picking he accidentally looked at me as if he didn't do anything wrong, I looked at him then his plate then the almost empty tempura tray, I was just plain annoyed, okay granted he might have been a shrimp lover or something like that, but the way he just took the best shrimps was downright rude, he didn't just pick any shrimp he almost cleaned the whole tray, and then he just casually walked away as if nothing happened, of course I wasn't too happy, but luckily the servers saw what happened and they gave me some freshly cooked tempura a long with a pleasing smile.
In the end we both got what we wanted, I managed to get 2 more servings of food after that, the guy went back for the shrimp, I was pleased with the overall aesthetics of the restaurant and best part, it was free :)
