When eating out do you order a soda ?

Hello everyone

My previous post on 3 simple ways to save and pay down debt had me thinking of this.

When you eat out how often do you order a coke or tea or lemonade? Non alcohol.

Do the math. 2 dollars for a soda or 3 dollars add up fast over time.

Instead of ordering a soda how about you put that 2 or 3 dollars per time and pay down a debt.

I know no fun. Or you grab a can of pop on way to restaurant and you still end up saving.

Tonight's train of thought and hope this helps you on next time you go out like my previous post.

Unfortunately, I always want a glass of wine which is not a great move for the budget!

A great way to save money and calories.

Perfectly said. Water and lemon for me when I eat out. Think past year I have had 6 sodas out.

This is a good point on how the small things can really add up. Personally i don't have this particular problem because i always drink water when eating out.
But, i do have a habit of buying mochas, iced coffees, and the like. That DOES add up

Great! Followed

Yes. It does. Some months spend 500 a month on coffees back in the day. Yikes.

Good habit on water. Nice going.

Thank you. Followed!

Thankyou. Your my first follower so thanks.

Its not just the money. Feeding your brain sugar is not the way to a healthy brain, much less body. Bonus X2+!

Definitely. Water and a lemon is tasty and no sugar.
