My understanding so far is that it works like Reddit and other social media platforms. It is also built on a blockchain (that I would have to do research on). And then while posts are made, reshared, and commented on, the value of the information posted increases (in monetary value). What's good and interesting is that people who upvotes (like the "Like" button on Facebook") and writes comments gets some sort of incentives as well.
