Overview:
SpringRole is an attestation platform that is based on blockchain platform to bring value to resume. Users can verify their profile which contains educational qualification or work experience by organizations or institutions. These verified profiles are then stored in blockchain. Using blockchain the information about other users can be verified increasing the credibility of the resume. Spring Role is mainly into solving the problem faced by hiring processes.
Problem:
According to statistics it has been found that about 53% of resumes contain inaccurate or false information about the candidate. This leads to business risk by hiring wrong candidates. The claims made by the candidates are checked via reference checks by the employers. Reference checks are the attestations that one gets from the university or any organization in which the candidate has previously worked or studied. The current attestation systems takes lot of time and usually contains a middle men. This means the reference checks are subjected to frauds.
Solution:
SpringRole is providing a solution for the problem of current attestation systems. It is providing a platform for the users to build their verified resumes which can be viewed and shared with others. The profile of the users will consist of three elements: educational qualification, work experience and skill set. After each element is verified it gets stored in the blockchain. After the profile gets updated on the platform people can endorse other members profile which increases the individual scores.

SPRING Tokens:
SPRING TOKENS are used as rewards which will be given to the users for completing their profile, suggesting the platform to others or referring a company etc. SPRING tokens also act as a utility token where it can be used for endorsing someone’s profile or skill set. It is also used by employers to have access to the resumes which are being validated and stored in the platform.
