As far as your audio issues, have you tried using different mic (with a negative decibel setting) to reduce external noise?

Also, I'd recommend embedding your YouTube videos within your Steemit posts instead of linking to them. This way your videos immediately catch people's attention immediately, and people don't have to open a new tab to watch.
