Fedcoin is a rumor but more than likely eventuality, but washpo is laying the ground work in prepping the public for the big reveal of an eventual national fedcoin, just as they are try to segregate the internet like china's fedcoin will try to be a centralized crypto which in my view defeats the purpose of a decentralized currency system.
