Moving to the Philippines?

Anyone say housing?! I'm here to help! As long as it's a house, townhouse or condo in Metro Manila (NCR). Or if you're interested in lots in Laguna feel free to inquire too! ๐Ÿ˜‰

For Condo (property) buying here in the Philippines, I suggest everyone to read my blogs abt it. Here's Part 1 and Part 2 which can help answer some of your property questions. ๐Ÿ˜„

The Philippines is an awesome country, it has it's flaws like any other place too. Overall we're still a developing country that enjoys life, are generally friendly to strangers and have fun whenever we can. If you're coming over, be careful same as anywhere in the world. Also, don't come over if you only want to live a life of crime. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Pres. Duterte and Yorme Isko will "hunt you down". ๐Ÿคฃ

Enjoy the tropical city or island life here. Whichever it is, it's up to you.

Love your article by the way. It's nice to see expats' take on our country. โค
