Looks quite a bit better than Hard Battle. I used to own that game because I'm a huge Ranma 1/2 fan, but it simply wasn't fun to play.

Something I didn't realize until now, Street Combat was originally Ranma ½: Neighborhood Combat Chapter in Japan. For the Americanization, they took out all of the Ranma characters and added in generic Americanized characters. I've never played it but apparently it was a pretty poor game to begin with and made worse by the changes.
