I asked for a TG16 for Christmas 1990 for the sole reason of being able to play Splatterhouse. It was my primary console for the next couple of years.

    The TG16 was never my main system. I got mine the same year I got a PlayStation. At the time it was only $49 at Toys R Us so it was pretty late in the life of the system. I always loved the TG16 though. My main system of the 16-bit era was the Super Nintendo.
