Today's smoke was a real treat of a cigar that I have come to love very much.

Let's get to it......

I have had this cigar for some time now in my 70% humidor aging from the time I bought a packet of five. This is my last one of my collection in which I will be buying more of. I paired it with a lager by Yuengling that always go well, but it does pair excellently with Gentleman Jack that brings out the caramel molasses note of the whiskey.

The smell is very unique due to the Candela wrapper that is green because when it is picked out the tobacco plant it is fresh and keeps it's color. The cigar is infused with botanical oils and herbs in a room. This is so unique and pleasurable with an aroma that is mild enough to smoke inside if you so choose to.

The cold draw before lighting is saturated with the taste of the botanical oils and herbs with a very pronounce sweetness that you notice right away. Lighting was very easy without having to pull on it at all.

The first third is much like how it smells of the botanical oils and herbs, but I did taste a fair amount of citrus notes that you won't expect.

The second third of the cigar don't change much at all with the smoothness of the smoke that is not the typical cigar taste of natural tobacco flavor that one would expect of a cigar.

Now the final third is what I always look forward to because of the sudden change of flavor that will take you by surprise. The best is at the end where you will get a hint of ginger, mint and roasted walnuts and the creaminess of a nut flavor in cigars. I also noticed that it burns very slowly at the end which allows you to savor the congregation of the the above described flavors.

I must say that this brand will always be in my collection of cigar that I can enjoy at any given time. I would highly recommend anyone try this cigar, I think you would love it. This cigar will cost you about$9.00 per stick, but it's well worth it!
