One of my new favorite production knives, the CRKT Razel.

Bought one of these off Amazon recently for around $25, and wanted to post my initial thoughts on it. This thing is a very interesting design, coming from Jon Graham and then produced by CRKT Knives. The blade is a razor style shaped blade with a chisel grind which works amazing for scraping and precision cuts, in my opinion at least. I think it's a very work utility friendly knife, and it will work great for EDC tasks. The micarta scales are fairy comfortable in the hand, though I think they could be improved a bit with an anso or rock style pattern, and I would change colors if I could. The only downfall of this knife for me is that I wish it was a flipper opener instead of just using thumbstuds, and that it ran on caged bearings instead of washers. It's still a good knife none the less, at least thus far. I'll probably do a full review sometime soon.

Looks like an awesome knife (issues notwithstanding). Been contemplating for quite some time now if I need to get me a knife. Most likely though it'll be a multitool.

Multi-tool's are a great tool as well! I carry a Leatherman Wingman occasionally and love it when I do, hasn't let me down in the past 2-3 years at least.
