সবার কি অবস্থা?
ব্যস্ততা কাটিয়ে উঠতে না উঠতেই আবার ব্যস্ততা শুরু, যাই হোক আজকে যে বিষয়ে নিয়ে কথা বলতে চাচ্ছি সেটা হচ্ছে #Daraz এর ডেলিভেরি সমস্যা নিয়ে।
কালকে যে প্রোডাক্টটি সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস থেকে রিসিভ করেছি সেটি হচ্ছে North Stat sneakers Blue (Bata) যা আমি অর্ডার করি, ৫ ডিসেম্বর সন্ধ্যায়। আর ডেলিভেরি পেয়েছি কালকে বিকেলে, তাহলে চিন্তা করুন কতদিন লাগলো?
সচরাচর আমি দারাজ থেকে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করলে আট থেকে দশ দিনের ভিতর পেয়ে যায় কিন্তু এবারের প্রোডাক্টি পেতে আমাকে গুনতে হয়েছে পুরো তেরোদিন। যা খুবই প্যারাদায়ক।
দারাজ বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে বড় একটি ইকমার্স শপ, এবং মাঝেমধ্যে আমরা এটা নিয়ে গর্ববোধ করি যে আমাদের দেশে এত বড় একটা ইকমার্স শপ রয়েছে যেখানে প্রায় সব ধরণের জিনিসপত্র পাওয়া যায়, কিন্তু দারাজের এটা ভুল গেলে চলবে না যে দেশের মাঠিতে দশ বারদিনের ভিতর ডেলিভেরি এটা কোন মতেই সেরা হতে পারে না।
সেরা হতে হলে অবশ্যই ঠিক সময়ের ভিতর ডেলিভেরি দিতে হবে এবং ক্রেতা যা অর্ডার করবে সে অর্ডারকৃতি প্রণ্যটিই তাকে বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে, তাহলেই দারাজ সেরা বলে গণ্য হবে, তাছাড়া না।
যাই হোক আমার রিভিউতে আসি, কালকে যা পেয়েছি তার বর্তমান মূল্য : ৬৯০ টাকা, কিন্তু আমি যখন অর্ডার করি সেময়ে ২৪% ছাড় এ দাম ছিলো ৫৮৭ টাকা। এবং বিকাশে ২০% ক্যাশবেকের অফারটি অব্যাহত ছিলো।

একটু টাইট ফিটিং হয়েছে কারণ ভুল করে এক সাইজ ছোট অর্ডার করেছিলাম, যার কারণে একটু সমস্যা হচ্ছে তাছাড়া সবদিক দিয়েই পার্ফেক্ট!!
র্যাটিং

- দাম : ৫৮৭ টাকা + ৬০ = ৬৪৭ - ২০% বিকাশ ক্যাশবেক = ৫১৭ টাকা।
- ডেলিভেরি : ২/১০
- প্রোডাক্ট : ৯/১০
সব মিলিয়ে সন্তষ্ট বলা চলে, তবে ডেলিভেরি আরেকটু দ্রুত পেলে আরো খুশি হতাম, কারণ ঢাকা হতে চট্টগ্রাম প্রোডাক্ট আসতে বেশি হলে তিনদিন সময় লাগার কথা বাট সেখানে তারা বারদিন লাগাচ্ছে, এটাই খুব খারাপ সার্ভিস দিচ্ছে #Daraz।
