The premiere of the series "Provincial Madonna", created by Russian filmmakers in the genre of melodrama, took place on July 29, 2017. In the world box office, it probably did not appear, but it can be found on the Internet on sites that provide services for viewing movies online, where I recently found it. This series was directed by Sergey Mezentsev.
I don't really like Russian-made movies, but I've been watching TV shows quite often lately. I like that unlike movies, they have a higher quality of both plot and acting.
The quality of the video I found was excellent, the duration of the series is not very large (only 4 series of approximately 45 minutes each), why not watch, not relax?
Time viewing flew by quite imperceptibly, the plot of the series was able to hook me with its everyday simplicity, sometimes, however, too naive, because of what I wanted to say "I do not believe". Fortunately, there were few such moments.
Actually, here the main character herself, a young girl Nadezhda (Pelageya Nevzorova) looks so naive and simple, just like Cinderella from a children's fairy tale. Without demanding anything in return for herself, she readily undertakes to help everyone who needs her help, not noticing how everyone uses it, especially her close relatives-her mother and sister. For their happiness, she is willing to sacrifice her own...
I will not say, of course, that this series can be entered in your favorite list. Anyway, I didn't like it enough to want to watch it again. I would like to see a more twisted plot, more intrigue and various events. And so, it, in my opinion, more pulls on a one-time viewing, although once you can watch it even with pleasure.
The performance of the actors, including, in addition to Pelageya Nevzorova, starred Eugene Shirikov, Anastasia Gruzdeva, Sergey Lanbamin and other actors, is also brilliant can not be called, although in General it deserves a good assessment.
This series can advise to watch lovers of melodramas.
