No, that is called capitalism. Reviewhunt is an Online Marketing platform where you have to pay money to get interaction. Same as any online ad agency or ad distribution company. This means that the advertiser does decide which kind of range is wanted. As example for Google or Facebook ads you are able to specifically target your audience. For Reviewhunt this kind of function is still not implemented so it needs to be done manually.
So, don't know how you came up with racism when targeting your audience on an online marketing platform but just to make it sure, I personally don't like your comment.
