well i never seen colour-ins before on a demo-channel, is that what you mean ? :p
hoping for some real cool stuff then , thanks - 2022 sure felt a bit lacking ... but ofcourse, not all of us originate and are culturally biased towards the amiga scene, LETS SEE WHAT YOU GOT THIS YEAR THEN , less talk mo demoz

:)
well true, .... last time we stopped watching b/c all they did was talk ... but maybe we missed the best parts , we sleep a lot after all since we caught the sleepers, but we have NEVER before seen colour-ins of pictures on demoscene parties (tho that doesnt mean its not been a thing somewhere - it struck us as odd and content-fillers where there was none)
Amiga demos are trendy lately
but thats okay - WE arent tribalists after all, we love any crypto that gets money (which is none at the moment) and every demo is a gud demo for the simple reason someone took the time and effort and tried to make something they deemed good enough to show the world and did NOT let the A.I. code it for them nor choose a title or the scrolltext
that said
kinda curious what the topics will be - i mean its gud to try and attract young people
but colour-ins ? personally we were writing hello basic at nine
we assume the l33t started earlier and since we broke b/c computers is niet weirken we assume the l33t went on fast to c (since asm is hard) and the amiga, the first machine that does the work for you WAS immensely popular with lvl 1-2 coders, thats a fact
one thing puzzels the mind tho, you see the odd Falcon demo ... (atari) and it looks like a prev-gen machine compared to a lot of amiga demos , is that really all there is to get out of that box we kinda wanted one to see ( you know ... obscure and ocCULT-stuff) but it was priced at €1700 ... thats almost an rtx 4000 series ( = lmao too yes?)
like 1/3rds or a year money
so maybe later AND
btw - if anyone wants to send us a hard amiga, we WILL DEFINITELY try and code at least a 1k intro in whatever ASM it is
just to see if its really as easy as "press play on sample with an opcode"
no offense ... all demos are gud demos - the art of coding without no-coding is dying
who will write the A.I. but the A.I. two generations from now ?
well we have our theory and dont keep that secret ... two generations from now, if they dont fix the pathways
they'll be running out of spacemetal and as it happens
you cant build A.I. containers without space metal
naw they're kinda trending in demoland
but that might have something to do with the fact that revision is a bit amiga-biased (or are they ?)
- which is ...
well .. biased ofcourse heheh
all demos are gud demos , even the ones that suck spell : i wanna be a demo do-er ... which is always gud
ALWAYS
anyway - - - -
dont let it spoil your appetite, the c64 we have still works and it should be 40 years old but it probably got cleaned up by someone in the years before it got to us (the kids machine back then it broke - sadly - the brick of death - little did the kid now, was a brick of death)
we got a special polish handmade brand psu with overvolt and current protection that even has the on/off switch on the psu so you dont have to wear out the machine itself
after all, religious artefacts need to be handled with respect, its an original breadbin even ... (if you wanna 64 we feel you need to breadbin, otherwise there's ample options if its not about the real retro thing b/C you're old enough to have had one) , that real breadbin befoer the ergo-amiga style that didnt wreck your wrists typing with keys you needed a hammer for sometimes
aaah, nostalgia
so,
if anyone wants to send us poor people an amiga
yes you there, the not 50 but 45 years old bearded guys hahah
dozo
we will gladly and politely accept it and see if its really all that
well the sites are still
https://janesondergrond.art
https://almorkat.art
https://tyrnannoght.eu
https://almorkat.art/vocorecat ( ... )
https://alleycat.be
which is all one server / hosting since we are poor and just a creative outlet with nothing to prove
submissions can be done but there's no prestige and tops 50 steem for a winning entry, we dont promote or shout or talk about it much and
people with no agenda are never late
life is going nowhere for a while so we are in no hurry to get there
unless Musk sends us a quick 490 million (twas 100 before 2019 but inflation and all that, you know and we not get younger so we have to start upper to get to the same point)
we remember it was "get me €5k and ill do it"
thats been a while
oowww an old logo with the -u- still in it
right ....
we're sure by next winter the world will be fixed
and now for bokeh !
o yea
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/legal/eu-capital-requirements-banks-holding-crypto
ever since lord Gates , ratpoison-san and saint Jerome killed it to save the dollar (and a part of the rest of the - o MOST Of the rest of the world too while they're at it) we havent paid it much attention but it seems to become trendy again
we fear it might be mostly a flight reaction to which hyenas react fast with an offering of easy money while sleeping
which will feed ratpoison-san, lord Gates and saint Jerome in turn but every time there's a few who seem to get it
(like for instance understand taht you can NOT have a ledger that keeps blocks offline b/C blocks can exist outside the chain --- tho you can copy the data in a block to a flash drive and put a pincode on that - the effort seems futile for all but the purpose of the guy selling the drive but thats okay - as long as no one tries to sell US one or wed have to show them for what they are)
and every time it gets a bit more here and a bit less there - - we read first banks needed to keep one euro for every BTC but they need one EURO for every euro-value in crypto
thats like
how to say this
first of all its out of scope for TFA and this feed but
well how to say this
its like they enforce the gold standard on crypto while having none on the euro-dollar
in other times we would have said funnny
but fun
does not exist anymore, right ?
---busy tinkering on Drauger OS atm in a move to "step away from the Wind-OS, sir (and keep your hands where i can see them)
ever since satellius said on top of cortana and bloat(parasite)ware tracking every click now they'll link it to A.I. to steal all creative moves and hand them to the fake
we kinda dont wanna until they have a modular wind-OS where the end-user gets to choose every single process installed and running
(which probably wont happen)
but if you got it in your blood and gaming is not a fashion thing "to be part of it" , there's SO many machines, SO many OS- SO many controllers (cpu) and SO many games and platforms
windows becomes a speck
the framebuffer device on Vocore (32bit MIPS architecture in a 1cm³ computer) has found us
and we'd like to see how they get 30 fps out of that thing
b/c the doom demo seems to
but you know, a lot of humans tend to be tribal (thats because their inner neanderthal is very much alive probably) a lot more than us mutants and aliens - the omoshiroi is prime so it doesnt matter what the platform, what matters is th e wow facter
it makes sense that the 2nd gen scenoid machines are blooming as the elderly go back to their child years to reminisce and suddenly realize a lot of stuff they didnt see before
atari certainly is kicking too
a bit harder on the brain than the amiga, originally no blitter chip included, no stereo sound, limited colour palette of 16 per screen (standard ofc you can probably trick the machine) out of (we think 256)
but looking at Triads uncle petsciis latest and brozai (now also with THE sarge (an icon more or less))
the wow factor aint dead
so watching someone solder a 4 or 3 inch lcd screen to a vocore someone designed in the bedroom after hours and compile DOOM (the original) to run on openwrt-linux
thats WOW
you see ?
demos

*the ability to produce or use original and unusual ideas: * (cambridge)

to go beyond monkeysee-monkey do and add value in the process (cmdr Gato - lol)
if you think the c64 looks hardcore to do - soldering a vocore to run doom on probably is harder in a way but this one
we remember back when google+ , jeff minter making a post on how he spent all night trying to get the scanlines on a vectrex and still didnt work out
so if that guy has hard
its hard core :)
RIGHT
there's many pavlov gnome in the last two weeks, thats b/c the natives havent entered the age of finer psychology and are not really in touch with their inner neanderthal either but more in complete denial of reality
and we have to suffer for it
SO
... we''re srure the world will be fixed by next winter and now
more BOKEH !
do demoze !
DO DEMOZE !
make WOW
(dont use chatgpt to get you a title ... its just cheating yourself into thinking you are gud creater)
but dont let it stop you if you need gud productivity voor de baas, nothing wrong with cheating de baas, it just wants results and it will cheat you out of overtime every time it can anyway
that is only
