Understood indeed, but at least geographically members will be located in group(s) without other groups with other social rules and norms mixing in.

That is partially true. Many groups that are close together often intermingle. Boarders are a creation of the state and people would otherwise travel freely. The internet will also allow people to interconnect and share their ideals.
Many different subgroups in a single anarchist region have existed, but they have always gotten along peacefully enough so that different norms are not a problem. Think about how much interaction people from different areas have online today.
