Being in dept - my apologies for the late rewards [💰↻60%]

Hello since I am in dept to some upvoters, I am sorry not to return the reward to you, but promise I will do it. Since the bandwidth is a problem, I had so many troubles to send you the reward, consider this as my apology and get a chance to be rewarded when steem will reward me!

So here I want to write about how to get out from the dept,
there are some ways which I read

1. Take an action to stop borrowing money from others unless is not necessary.
2. Establish a start emergency fund with a specific amount, leave it somewhere and you can use it whenever it is urgently needed.
3. Create your own budget and try to follow the budget system.
4. Organize the debts.
5. Throw any excess cash at your debt.
