Tillerson's Out, Pompeo To Become SoS, Gina Haspel To Become CIA Chief

Trump announced this morning that Mike Pompeo will replace Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State and Gina Haspel will become the first female CIA Director. Is this good? Pompeo out of the CIA seems good. Pompeo as SoS and Gina Haspel as CIA Director? It remains to be seen.
