INTRODUCTION

Ringcold is a crypto project designed for NGO funding that allows donors to fund NGOs directly using the ring cold currency. Don't donate to a project! Donate to a cause! With ringcold, you get more than just transparency and accountability. You can even decide how much of your donation should go towards salaries, operations and other administrative costs!

The world has had enough of the bureaucracy, which currently stands between millions of NGOs and millions of people in need. We have witnessed "social entrepreneurs" and their altruistic ideas and good will get lost in the red tape. We will not wait until the chances of "corruption" or "abuse" are ruled out. We will not wait until the world is ready to accept this digital change and disruption.

Ringcold is a blockchain based platform that allows you to make donations to registered NGOs. Once you have setup your account, you can make donations directly from your wallet by converting your crypto currency into a donation token. These tokens are then sent to the recipient NGO based on parameters set in their smart contract.

In Ringcold, any NGO can now be supported by anyone (e.g. individuals, companies or foundations) without any intermediary and without geographical borders.

CONCLUSION

We are building a NGO funding platform. We have our own ERC20 tokens (RGC) which are used to fund NGOs and are given in return for an equal amount of tokens from the NGO. We have a partnership with a charity which is a registered UK charity and is run by a team of experienced professionals in the charity sector. We have already had an expert legal opinion which demonstrates that our system is entirely legal and there is no risk of our charity partner or ourselves being prosecuted by the UK or EU. We are currently working on our MVP and estimate that we will have a Beta version of the platform available soon.
