Over exercise can be dangerous and give you rhabdomyolysis

in rhabdomyolysis •  7 years ago

If you press hard, the contents of the muscles may be broken and you may need to be hospitalized.

Doctors warn that hard training can lead to kidney failure.

Rhabdomyolysis Signs And Symptoms

 Source
While doctors can easily diagnose rhabdomyolysis with a blood test, some of the physical signs and symptoms of rhabdo include:

Heart attack

kidney failure

severe muscle pain / swelling/ weakness/fatigue

dark color urine – think dark brown “coke-a-cola” color

These symptoms – especially the first two – highlight the seriousness of rhabdomyolysis.  As the kidneys stop working, there are alterations in electrolytes which can cause heart rhythm abnormalities and heart attacks. The dark color urine is caused by myoglobin in the urine. Myoglobin helps transport oxygen in the muscle cell. This is good however too much can damage the kidneys.  This can cause the person to need dialysis in an attempt to help the kidneys recover.

If you ever hear of anybody whose kidneys stopped working after they exercised, it's probably rhabdomyolysis that caused it!

what can I say .. do things in moderation :D
#til about rhabdomyolysis

Exactly : moderation Is the best one can employ to have a good life...
If you eat lot ; surely it will have effect, excessive water it will disturb u... etc but moderation is the best ideal.. @englishtchrivy

Absolutely correct and best option if you need to live a healthy life .. exercise is an heathly food for body no dispute in that.. I once work at gym centre we had formular been given to all our client that is "E, E & S " over doing anything will result into negative effect.. @englishtchrivy

You are right,
According to one study, jogging at moderate doses would be the best way to live longer, while intensive sport would not be better than a sedentary lifestyle.

This Danish study covered 5048 healthy participants in Copenhagen among whom the authors identified and followed for 12 years 1098 joggers and 413 sedentary people.

"do things in moderation" You are right @englishtchrivy

xpilar amazing

I think the same thing

Doing too much sport can lead to muscular, joint, cardiac or psychological problems. But we are not all equal in the face of these risks. Other factors come into play such as genetics or the type of sport practiced.

Very true such rampant among we so called young guys.. we want to build up our muscle and look sexy and chaint but we less careful to normalize our training..

You are right

That's right, but think it's excessive exercise among the younger, this often happens around the world

Many people are not aware of the danger.
And it seems more and more among young people who exercise and push themselves too hard.

yes @xpilar
I also do fitness to form a body, now my body was too loose, used to be all round ... hehehehehe

Well if I urinate, a little slow,
whether there is influence by often sitting or because never exercise again.
maybe tomorrow after waking up, I try to check to doctor

Well if you urinate a little but often you should check, because enlarged prostate can give such symptoms

oooo .....
thank very much ...@xpilar
not too often, but if long sit @xpilar

Yes, the internet is dangerous to us. We sit for a long time and should get up by the chair to move for a few minutes every half hour, but you forget about the time when sitting on a PC

heheheheh ....
yes I did forget to wake up, if it's in front of pc like before, I waited so long you did not come posting, but after waking up for create coffee, you've post ... a little late hahahah

Nice to follow me when I post

Are you wellcome.... This good information

Thanks @amirphotography, There are only more and more people who get the damage unfortunately

amazing

I also wrote an article about this on Dutch blogging site:
https://yoo.rs/isla.de.ka/blog/high-intensity-trainen-levensgevaarlijk-lees-hier-waarom-1501524434.html?Ysid=67089

This stuff is dangerous, a girl a know suffered from it and she literally went to the ICU. Pushing the body is just never a good idea.
I like your article, because the pushing the body type of workouts a currently a big hype at the moment, lets raise the awareness!

You

Yes, there are more and more training studios and many young people are pushing too hard with their personal trainer that many have afforded to pay for.
The personal trainers should have a good education in what they do

That is where the problem lay... some training studio are after income and not safety..

It happens, there should be a focus on safety as well

yes you are right

Thank you for sharing great info my dear friend
