Textile Dyes and Chemicals
It takes a lot of chemicals in fabric dyeing. Dyes like Reactive, Vat, Sulpher, Direct, Azo etc and Different chemicals and auxilaries like Soda, Soda Ash, Acid, Alkali, Weting agent, Sequestering agent, softening agent etc. are required with water and heat during dyeing.
Concentration of Chemicals, Dyes percentage, Time and Temperature are really important factors along with methods. This needs to be considered and controlled during dyeing. Different shades can be achieved through changing the percentages of dyes mixture.
Another important thing is the control of Material and Liquor Ratio to trade off the dyeing performance and wastage of water. The higher the ratio the higher amount of water will be used.
