Thanks for the reply. :-) just to let you know. I am a government employee in metro manila. and I can assure you not all employee are corrupt. In my INTRODUCEYOURSELF post, "If only I overused my position in the government, I don't have any issue right now regarding money." That's why I'm taking my big step right now.
