This research paper is based on rickshaw pullers of dhaka city.Most of these rickshaw pullers are very poor,and have little education and few skills.Rickshaw pulling provides them with relativly easy access to earn money, and an extrem rural poverty.

This picture was taken from the road of Dhaka in the year 2018.Rickshaw was introduced in Dhaka around early 50's.The Rickshaw in this picture looks bit diffrent from the way it looks now.It has been a common way of transport since them. People used to ride on rickshaw for short distance.It was the cheapest from of transport for short distance.
