I use www.tinypic.com

Very easy, copy and paste the link "layout" the bottom of the 4 links given.
Copy that link and paste in to the body of the post.

I don't see any pics in you past posts so I think you're not sure how maybe this will help. Read this post. Its very helpful to make you posts look more professional.
