Customers Rights versus Business Rights

I'm learnig a lot as a libertarian, but I still do believe in human rights and human dencency. I'll give ou a few examples. In terms of the employer having rights too. Stories like a baker where I recently wrote about, who's bringing his case all the way to court because he should not be able to bake for a gay wedding, i completely agree with him. Because he's being reasonable with other christians I know, no halloween, find that it's called Baker's Freedom, another story where a woman sued a barber, who's a muslm barber that said he cannot cut womens hair. I completely agree with him, because maybe he opened that barber shop to serve the needs of other muslms, he didn't say you couldn't get your hair cut anywhere else, but when it comes to service where you got accomdations to a goernment to accomdate needs, lets say there's a cab company out there called anderson cabs, and you're getting service that you bid for, that you held your clients as bargaining chips for, then i believe the customer has more human rights then the employer. Let me explain more.Lets say a municipality gave away either cheapre licensing fees for a cab if you get cabs for disability, or free. but i know they're cheaper. then you're told as a city bylaw that those wheelchair cabs must be on the road just as much a regular cab would cause a disabled person can stay out late, go to the bar, that is part of the deal with these licensing fees. then you're not meeting that need and when disabled clients call you you're saying you're closed at 7pm. what if you wanted to go out to the bar, or even out to a friends past 10 a clock, lets say you're willing to say i dont need the cab right away, but within a half hour even 45 minutes? lets say the client accomdate in that moment, not an emergency, then shouldn't the disabled client as much an accesiblity to a cab? esspecially as they're getting acomodations from the government? so again the bigger question is where does the business owners rights, and where does the customers rights start? it must be on some level on a case by case business but as i stated they're using hweelchair cabs for the company because lets say the company a couple years ago noticed the high cause of having these cabs, so then they innapropriately asked help from the city then when the city couldn't do it you're a independent business owner you can do it, then the cab company says well we're gonna pull them off the road. unless the city helps us. i dont know guys what do you think.
