Woody Allen's Antics Prove That Bitcoin Is Not Ready For Prime Time Payments

Bitcoin is more of a scam than Woody Allen. The man who created the I love you, you're perfect, now you're changing series has made some amusing remarks about cryptocurrencies in recent weeks.

Allen is not the only one who is skeptical about cryptocurrencies. Many investors have been worried about the value of Bitcoin for a while, and it's not hard to see why. There are very few places where you can spend your Bitcoin in physical stores, and even fewer places where you can use it to pay for goods and services.

It also doesn't help that there aren't many great uses. As an investment vehicle, Bitcoin has been a disaster since its inception-it has lost $10 million in value in the past year alone!
