Why I do not want to buy Ripple

Simple. At any time in the future Ripple (the company) can single handedly change the number of tokens in circulation thereby devaluing my holdings.

In the case of bitcoin, the entire ecosystem must agree to change the number of bitcoins. That is not an easy thing considering the fact that even a small change is so difficult due to resistance from the community.

Thats it.
