Ripple has been doing unbelievably well in the past week. As one of its investors, this incredible performance has blown my mind. However, I do not know what's driving this recent price surge.
Yes, Ripple has been partnering up with many big banks. But none of the banks has agreed to use Ripple coins. The banks are currently testing Ripple network and Ripple protocol only, not the coins. Yes, Ripple - the company - will be much more valuable if the banks agree to use Ripple network. But this has nothing to do with Ripple coins. People need to understand that owning ripple coin doesn't mean owning part of the company. Crypto currency doesn't work like stocks which come with ownership of the company.
What do you think is the real reason behind this Ripple Mania? As its investor, I want to see Ripple moon. But I prefer to see the price jump because of technology breakthrough instead of pure speculations.
