Ripple will it raise again to $4??????????

Ripple still on less than 50 cents.
It went ATH to almost $3-4 this year beginning.
We can see that bitcoin was unstable from past 4 months
It was ATH @ $19K+
Now BTC in $6.7K+
Once BTC gets stable then Ripple can raise again to ATH soon.

    All crypto currencies are unstable right now, if BTC rise again, Ripple will rise than for sure.
