The cripple-rumor was started on YouTube when and over-thinking, self-appointed market-analysis saw that the CEO of Ripple thanked Coinbase for an article about responsible trading.
From that point.... the rumor grew and spread throughout the net until it was virtual crypto-fact and every gold-digger flooded the Ripple Exchanges in hopes to be the next Wolf of Crypto.
