As decided last time with the help of @raymonjohnstone - and his radio show - we're officially calling this "RISING STEEM" and we now have a channel in the RocketChat.

The winning pot will come from profit made from [RISING STEEM] Posts be either me or  @raymonjohnstone - the splits will be as follows, unless there is a desire to change them:

• 25% for the top-scorer
• 15% for number 2
• 15% for number 3
• 10% for 4th
• 10% for 5th

The other 25% will go to me and @raymonjohnstone as tip for compiling all of the data and helping to make the process run smoothly.

As the protector of the Svalbard Seed-Vault, locked and loaded with dynamite, nuclear weapons and all kinds of gruesome hardcore traps around, there is no way in, except - you can trade with our merchants in the market-city and stay at the inn for 10 grams of gold per night.

Alright! To make your own nation, just take a screenshot of the main map and pick 5 congruent territories (very close islands okay too). Then make a flag and pick 2 special traits.
