My view of steemit

Our social media user character is still in transition phase, need the right process and guidance to change mindset and behavior, such post is very necessary to improve the spirit and motivation to exist, the number of users of this platform that does not exist after registering to prove that they are so not ready to create creativity and work.

that this platform is really social media, where we can get entertainment other than reward, giving the material lure to new users sometimes cause them to see that this platform as a place to work, consequently they will be at the tired point, even they will really stop if it is very tiring.

There can be no smoke if there is no fire, what some users may complain may be an indication that the voices actually exist, maybe they also have the capacity to judge a piece of writing, the protest by itself will come if they see the imbalance there. So, evaluation becomes an option to answer the complaints that arise. A good leader would listen.
