This looks kind of nice. A lot of new residential buildings that are mega plexes like this one don't look nearly as welcoming. This at least looks like there are some okay spaces to walk around in, and that the people living here might be able to make a community in the space. Of course it looks like it's also somewhere with perfect weather, which doesn't hurt!
