So a student of mine has a big fight in October but our camp is in place doing road runs just light at moment but just clocking up the miles .
This is probably her biggest fight to date and we’re taking it very seriously I ride in front setting the pace and she follows . Our runs normally done in morning while roads are quiet it’s a win win situation as I get to do a LIL cardio on my bike we like to use running apps to show our route and to measure progression in time and distance and times are dropping by the week and distances further we will keep you updated on this came Upton fight night
