1. Transparency:

   We are committed to transparency. Transparency means being upfront and visible about the actions we take. Blockchain or distributed ledger technologies (DLT) represent a movement toward transparency and it is essential that the block producers such as EOSMX adhere to the highest standard of transparency, not only in theory but also in practice.

2. Community-first:

   As a block producer, we understand that the EOS.IO community is our customer and much like any successful organization, we will practice a customer-first mentality. Questions such as –
   “how will this affect the EOS community?”, “Is this best for long-term prospects of EOS and its rapidly growing universe of members?”, “what can we do to accelerate the adoption of EOS globally?” –
   will drive our thought process as well as our decision-making process, always.

3. Agility:

   Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) has proven a superior technology to Proof-of-Work (PoW) making way for the rise of EOS.IO as superior alternative to other legacy technologies. With that said, technology and even more so blockchain technologies are rapidly evolving fields of engineering and applied sciences, one overcoming the next in less than a decade. Therefore, it is paramount that EOSMX is committed to being an agile organization, pro-actively seeking to propose modifications to the EOS.IO technology and being a true partner to the EOS.IO community.

4. Determination:

   As a group of engineers and operators, EOSMX is committed to working hard on behalf of the EOS.IO community. There are no free lunches and we will work as hard as we possible can to ensure the success of the EOS.IO platform

EOS MX Transparency Plan

The transparency plan should include the pertaining to public and private accountability, for which we must move forward in actions such as:

1. Ensuring free access to information.
2. Access to public records without no restriction.
3. Report on investment and spending every six months;
   a. The report of investment and spending will be published on Steemit every 6 month.
4. To give quarterly reports on the advancement of EOSMX plans and programmed;
   a. Infrastructure Changes: EOSMX will be communicating vía post on Steemit all infrastructure upgrades, downgrades, or changes on previous infrastructure.
5. Apply codes of conduct defined to each member of EOSMX.
   a. All Code of Conduct modification will be posted on Steemit 6 month before to be apply.
6. Information on the community payments.
   a. Payments to the community will be posted at Steemit. The whole of the same will be published.
7. Allocate resources for Implement developer education.
   a. Annually some funds will be allocated to educate the developer that are part of EOS MX Community.
8. Improve the suitability of the technical and professional resources focus on this technologies in México.
