It doesn't give a shit who you are," she added. "Equally you know what's worse is the stigma who doesn't give a shit who you are. All the people who are supposed to be loving you and taking care of you are treating you like shit."
it's unnerving remembering how many, in a private moment, once wished they could trade places with her when her songs were charting and her career was going well.
I believe I did that at least once.
TBH I think the desire wasn't to trade places with her, but with a carefully crafted narrative, a single frozen point in time with no reference to herself or to her future.
