By using GTA online mobile or leptop .
It is weaponized Plane. So you can attack on ur enemy by flying in air in game.
And as you know guys it's is a part of GTA ONLINE AFTER HOURS DLC so it's cool plane
still many vehicles not release yet! AFTER HOURS DLC. They will release in few days or in few weeks:). Till then enjoy released vehicles.
